General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "User", "you") and rr888 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), which operates the online casino and sports betting services available at rr888.cam. By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the rr888 platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

rr888 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in compliance with responsible gaming and anti-money laundering standards. All players will be required to complete KYC verification prior to processing withdrawal requests. The documents typically required include:

Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay.
• The minimum deposit via bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank) and international cards (Visa, Mastercard) is ৳500.
• Deposits are credited to your rr888 wallet in real time for all MFS (Mobile Financial Services) methods. Bank transfer and card deposits may take up to one hour to be credited.
• rr888 does not charge fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which rr888 accepts no liability.
• Deposits must only be made from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will trigger an account review.

Withdrawals

• Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method that has been previously used to deposit into your rr888 account and is registered in your own name.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum daily withdrawal limits may apply and will be communicated within your account dashboard.
• Withdrawal requests for MFS methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically processed within 15–30 minutes of approval.
• Bank transfers may take 1–3 business hours to reflect in your bank account following rr888 processing.
• All withdrawal requests are subject to completed KYC verification. Unverified accounts will not have withdrawal requests processed until verification is complete.
• rr888 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity.

Bonuses & Promotions

rr888 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion's terms:

• Bonuses are available to verified rr888 account holders aged 18 and above only. One bonus per player, per household, per IP address, per device unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• All deposit bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the promotion's individual terms.
• Bonuses must be used within the validity period stated in the promotion. Expired bonuses are automatically forfeited from the account.

• Certain games may contribute differently to the fulfilment of wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino and table games may contribute at a lower rate (usually 10–20%). The specific contribution rates are detailed in each promotion's individual terms.

User Obligations

As a registered player on the rr888 platform, you agree to the following obligations at all times during your use of the service:

• You accept that gambling involves risk, and you will only wager amounts that you can afford to lose. rr888 strongly encourages responsible gambling practices at all times.
• You will not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the rr888 platform's software, games, or underlying infrastructure.

Violation of any of these obligations may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to the appropriate authorities where criminal conduct is suspected.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the rr888 platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension and may result in permanent termination of your account, forfeiture of all funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Match fixing and sports fraud: Placing bets on events in which you have any direct or indirect influence over the outcome, or have received insider information not available to the general public.
• Collusion: Working with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game or event on the rr888 platform, including collusion at live casino tables.
• Chargebacks: Initiating fraudulent payment chargebacks or reversals after funds have been used on the platform.
• Identity fraud: Using false identity documents, impersonating another person, or creating accounts using stolen personal information.
• Multiple accounts: Creating more than one rr888 account for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses or circumventing account restrictions.
• Exploitation of technical errors: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, errors in odds, or technical malfunctions for financial gain. rr888 reserves the right to void any bets placed during a documented technical error.
• Unauthorised commercial use: Using the rr888 platform for any commercial purpose, including operating an agency or acting as an intermediary for other bettors without prior written consent from rr888.

Account Suspension & Closure

rr888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Suspected or confirmed breach of these Terms & Conditions
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other financial crime
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information
• Account activity that triggers risk management or responsible gaming protocols
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a relevant authority
• Inactivity — accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant

In the event of account closure due to a breach of these Terms, rr888 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance in the account, including both deposited funds and bonus balances, where such closure is a direct result of fraudulent, prohibited, or abusive conduct by the account holder.

Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the rr888 platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to:

• Modify, translate, adapt, or create derivative works based on the rr888 platform or its content

Limitation of Liability

rr888's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any single claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Responsible Gaming
